i will upload files to assist, i have already identified my unknown and have highlighted it in the file (Escherichia coli) Your lab unknown report must be four pages minimum, include the following:  1. Introduction (information about your unknown bacteria, write it after you figure out your unknown) 2. Materials and methods: Describe the biochemical test you used, do not provide full details; a brief description is enough.  3. The results:  describe the results of your unknown (I give you the results in the attached file).  4. Conclusion: Describe how you identify the unknown from the results. Connect the results to your correct bacteria. For example, describe it is gram-negative and has a positive VP test indicates it is E coil.  5. References: 3 minimum.  make sure to write the purpose of each biochemical test you mention in the unknown lab report. For example Gram stain: to identify the type bacteria cell wall structure. Glucose fermentation: to identify if the bacteria can ferment glucose. MSA media: to identify If the bacteria is halophile and if they can ferment mannitol sugar.
