Expertise in Creating a Product

You have a great idea for a brand new product that you think will make you lots of money. However, you possess the expertise in creating the product, but not how to market the product, present the product, advertise the product or even how to mass produce the product. You only have a limited amount of funds and potential loans, so you cannot afford to use a trial and error approach. You decide to put together a group to help you to examine these issues. Describe each of the eight members of the group you will put together. Determine what similar or different characteristics you would want each of the members to have that are different than you. Determine who is going to lead the group and why. This may or may not be you. Describe how you will want or not want to influence the group’s decisions. Describe a conflict which arises and how the conflict was resolved. Finally, develop a short business plan based on the group’s decisions. In your summary and conclusions, note if you would have selected the group differently had you known more about them in advance. This project must be a minimum of 1,000 words and answer each of the questions above using relevant material from the text. The paper must be written in APA format which means: A cover sheet written in APA style, an abstract, at least an introduction with a thesis statement and a well written summary and conclusions. Your document should be written in Times New Roman font and double spaced with a proper title page. Please refer to the APA Sixth Edition Manual for formatting. Include a minimum of 5 citations in your paper to detail your support above and beyond the text.
